I'm Virasack Phomsaphao, owner of Saysal Studio and a hairstylist living in Toronto, doing what I love every day—helping people feel amazing through great hair. I’ve been in the industry for years, and while I still love being behind the chair, I also run the business side of things, from team meetings to budgets to keeping the salon vibe strong. 

I’m really into growth—both for myself and my team. I like finding better ways to run the business, come up with cool new ideas, and build something that gives everyone more freedom and fun at work. I’m all about mixing creativity with structure so things run smoothly without losing the spark. 

Outside of work, I’m usually recharging with music, new restaurants, or anything that sparks inspiration. I’m into style, design, and lowkey adventures. Always looking for new ideas, good energy, and ways to level up—without taking life too seriously.
