SHIPPING

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are between 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in the USA, depending on the carrier. 

You will receive confirmation via email or text when your order is placed and when it ships, including a tracking number.

 

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

We don’t offer exchanges or returns; however, if there is a mistake with your order, if you react to any products, or if any products arrived damaged, we are here to help.

Please email us at hello@lohnofficial.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the mistake or reaction or a photo of the damage.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on sale items or products purchased from any source other than www.shoplohn.com.
