Shipping policy

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are between 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-10 business days in the USA, depending on the carrier. Shipping times vary for countries outside of Canada and the USA.

Orders outside of Canada may be charged additional fees by the shipper that are out of our control, but we use specific shippers to minimize these costs.
