Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are between 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in the USA depending on the carrier. If you are located in the GTA, we highly recommend using our Same Day Delivery service. 

You will always receive an email or text confirmation once you place your order, as well as once the package is ready to ship with your tracking information. 

Orders outside of Canada may be charged additional fees by the shipper that are out of our control, but we try to use specific shipping partners to minimize these costs.

PICK-UPS

We offer a pick-up option from our studio (3289 Lenworth Drive, Unit G). Just choose the "Pick-Up" option at checkout.

Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email confirmation with the details as to how and when to pick up your package.

Our pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 10am - 4pm. We are closed on weekends.

RETURNS

We don’t offer exchanges or returns, however, if your product arrives damaged or if you react to your product we are here to help. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and send us photographic proof of damage and your order confirmation email.

If you have received the wrong product, or if there was a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days of your package being delivered.

Please note we do not offer refunds on sale items or products purchased from anywhere other than www.shoplohn.com.
