LOHN is getting a refresh!
It's been a year in the making and we can't believe we're a week away from the reveal. What we've managed to pull off was only possible with the countless hours of hard work by our graphic designers, suppliers, shippers, partners, family, friends, our studio team, and you, our lovely community.
We all know how 2020 went, and 2021 has been a pretty wild ride so far. There have been immense changes across all industries in the last 16 months. Every single business has been affected by the pandemic, whether it be good or bad.
Specifically, for us, we’ve encountered many changes and we’ve had to shift gears numerous times.
We have seen raw material cost increases, material shortages, increased shipping costs, labour shortages and in some cases, even factory shutdowns.
Enduring this while trying to plan a packaging refresh has been stressful, we’re not going to lie. We started this project in the Summer of 2020 to elevate our products and continue to bring the best quality to our customers.
As we look work to improve our level of quality and processes with the best possible partners, pay employees living wages, elevate local economies and create new products and limited edition launches, we must adjust our prices accordingly.
With that in mind, we are implementing a price increase for the first time since launching in January 2018 that will go hand-in-hand with our refresh.
